So why do people employ a garden designer? Good question. They are generally not cheap and surely you can do the same thing yourself……
So there are a couple of questions to ask yourself;
1. Do I know enough garden knowledge to pick the right plants for the right space.
2. Do I know the what aspect my garden is? i.e. where the sun rises and sets.
3. Do I know what type of soil I have
4. Do I know how to get the best looking plantings that will give all year round interest.
6. Do I have the right design ideas that will make the investment in the hard landscaping work for the next 20 years.
l bet you wouldn’t build a house without an architect so why not get a designer for your garden. …….
